Refund policy

We gladly accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship it back within 30 days of delivery. As the buyer, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
